Friday is the last day of the 2nd trimester, so we will be wrapping up any necessary assessments and performing reader's theater plays. We will also have a read-in, so kids may wear comfy clothes and bring blankets. Students are allowed, but not required, to bring valentine cards, but they need to bring them for all 26 students. Here is a  list  of class names. Please don't send any candy attached to the cards as some kids cannot eat that candy. It will be the same for valentine's boxes. They are allowed, but not required. If your child wants to decorate and bring a box for valentines, that's fine, but we are not having a contest on the boxes. I will have bags for kids to take home their valentines if needed. Thank you! We are still updating our student-led conference slides with the new goals. All students will be asked to lead another conference with an adult at home.
