March 13 - 16
We are going to the Planetarium on Tuesday, the 14th, right after PE. Snack time will be later, so please make sure your child has a good breakfast before school. This is always a favorite trip for the kids and we're so lucky that we only have to travel to Upton.
In SEL this week, we did an activity similar to cup stacking. The kids absolutely loved it! If you have any extra solo cups lying around, we will gladly take them off your hands to use for touchdown rewards and indoor recess. Thank you!
For those of you who are interested in having your child work on math at home, last week we did unit 6/lessons 7-11. This week we will be covering unit 6/lessons 12-16. Practice using the IXL textbook would be beneficial to understanding this new concept of multiplying larger numbers.
Report cards went home last week. Please remember to sign and return the envelope. Thank you!
Since report cards went home, please schedule a time to conference with your child at home if you haven't already done so. Let me know if your child needs the Chromebook for the conference and also let me know when the conference is complete. It's so important to discuss this information together and make plans for finishing strong in 4th grade!
